Dr. Danielle Dennis is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in evidence-based treatment for anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, phobias, panic, social anxiety, and sleep-related difficulties. She works with adolescents, young adults, and adults, helping clients better understand their symptoms and build practical tools for meaningful change.

Dr. Dennis earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University. She attended Barnard College of Columbia University, where she graduated summa cum laude and was awarded Phi Beta Kappa designation. She completed an APA-accredited internship at Aspire Health Alliance and McLean Hospital of Harvard Medical School in Massachusetts, followed by a postdoctoral residency at the Mindfulness and Change Group, where she specialized in anxiety and OCD-related disorders.

Dr. Dennis has also been involved in psychology research and has published in peer-reviewed journals. Her graduate research focused on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on individuals with OCD.
